What happens when a man goes through his own portal? We’ll see.
In 2002, I created the Journey Inside My Mind as an experiment in online journaling and designed it to be a mind dump. The posts within this blog describe very personal, vulnerable moments, news of the world, as well as some other fun things I’ve found along the way. I’m your tour guide through this journey inside my mind.
The blog was initially hosted at GeoCities and was run on Blogger back before Google bought it. When GeoCities decided to charge for remote FTP, I moved the blog to BlogSpot, where it has existed until it was imported here.
In August 2005 I launched the Journey Inside My Mind as a podcast. By the end of that year I opted to move the podcast posts to their own blog. In 2007 I began hand-coding the RSS feed for the podcast.
With this version of the blog, I’m merging the podcasts back into this blog, since I can create an RSS feed with tags and categories.
Since it is a Journey Inside My Mind, we’re obviously not done. Katherin Sharp’s quotation leads off each episode of the podcast: “Sometime in your life you will go on a journey. It will be the longest journey you will ever take. It is the journey to find yourself.”
